Hi everyone!

Update on HB 5046.  A few moments ago, the Senate moved our bill through the list of general orders and advanced it to the order of Third Reading.  We anticipate a third reading and vote tomorrow, Wednesday, December 11th but there are no guarantees during Lame Duck.  We should have confirmation this evening when tomorrow’s agenda is posted.  For anyone who would like to attend the vote, Senate session begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Capitol Building. Several of us plan on arriving at 10:00 and will be seated in the gallery.  If you have your gold ribbon from the Committee Hearing, please wear it to show support and unity, and to help us find each other!

Whether or not you’re able to attend, please take a moment to email your Senator one more time to encourage their yes vote (especially if they’re a Republican).  We need a 2/3rd vote for immediate effect.

We’re almost there!! Great job everyone!!!!!

Please share and hope to see you there!!!!
